My passion and experience lie in how brands connect with consumers, primarily through digital marketing. I began my career at L'Oreal USA, the top beauty company in the world, working on Maybelline NY, Garnier, essie and Matrix. L'Oreal prides itself in being innovative, fast paced, and always on trend, which allowed me to learn quickly, take on a variety of roles within my position, and lead projects with high visibility early in my career. My enthusiasm, leadership skills, and drive led me to three promotions in under three years, and to be the recipient of the Young Guns Award, an award to employees at L'Oreal that have been impactful in less than a year.
Sticking within the beauty industry, my experience at L'Oreal led to my position with Mustela, a baby skincare company. As the Digital Marketing Manager, I created & implemented a strategy and brand voice across all social media platforms, as well as created and launched Mustela's first internal influencer program.
Wanting to go make a cultural change and enhance my client management skills, I started at Publicis as an Account Supervisor, working on below the line digital communications for Citibank. I was the agency lead for two key parts of the below the line business, managing $2MM+ worth of projects.
I'm proud to have my name on some high profile, and well known brands, whether it was producing essie's first nail art scrolling feed, creating a new social media presence for several brands, or managing digital and social communications for a global brand.
While I love what I’ve done, I also felt the urge to go back and learn about business, leadership and myself. I invested my time and money into myself, and recently completed the MBA program at the University of Edinburgh. You can find out more about why I made this decision here.
