Managed growth and engagement of Citibank’s Retail and Credit Card customer base accounts, specifically through a direct digital approach, including emails, social, online banners, and digital media units.
Team lead for multi-channel digital campaigns with $2MM+ in revenue, that included managing various stakeholders, including clients, production, creative, technology and media teams.
Executed 250+ email campaigns for Citibank, across Retail & Cards verticals. Email campaigns have ranged from introducing new products & services, consumer behavior triggers, and driving consumers to Citi’s in-branch presence.
