  • Partnered with 55 markets to provide support, guidance and best practices to drive their local digital strategies, brand presence and marketing plans.

  • Developed and executed new strategic initiatives including new site features, coordinating all creative deliverables, campaign support and site approvals.

  • Managed the website agency, creating several microsites for product launches.

  • Developed the global social media strategy, including developing content to align with content calendar and key launches, ensuring consistent messaging between countries.

  • Managed Garnier’s social media channels. Managed the social agency to create content and community management for Facebook. Personally managed Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest, growing each by 45%, 853%, and 704% respectively, in 1 year through content creation, engagement programs, and community management.

  • Analyzed social platforms’ performance using native analytic tools, Curalate, and Radian 6

  • Coordinated with media team for paid social media optimizations and strategies.

  • Assisted AVP of PR in writing all 2014 product press releases & planning launch events.

  • Managed relationships with bloggers for added press coverage.

  • Submitted several awards for Garnier’s innovations and community involvement.
