Where do you live? I live in an apartment in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of New York, NY.
Where did you graduate from? University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
What degree did you graduate with? A Bachelor Degree in Journalism, specifically Advertising & Public Relations.
What's your most popular post? I created a bookcase out of wooden crates, that was so much fun to create!
Where is your favorite place you've traveled in the US? This is tough. Besides NYC, I love visiting San Diego, Boston, Big Sky, and the Outer Banks in North Carolina.
Where is your favorite place you've raveled outside of the US? Cinque Terre in Italy.
Is this blog your only job? Nope! During the day, I work in digital marketing for a French skincare company. This blog is just a hobby.
Are you ever not on the computer? Yes! Or at least I try. I play competitive volleyball once a week (twice in the summer), exercise at the gym at least twice a week, cook meals at home, catch up with friends at drinks or dinner, and I try to read in bed before sleep. For 2015, I definitely want to try and cut down on my screen time, which will be hard as it's literally my job to be online.
Can I link to your blog and use your photos? Yes, of course! If you're using photos, I only ask that you credit back to this site.
Can I share awesome and appropriate links with you? Yes, please! Shoot me an email.
Do you like to read? Yes, I love it! My new current obsession is Outlander. Read it. It'll change your life! ;)
Do you watch TV shows? Too many! My all time favorite TV show is LOST. I'm not sure if any others will top it, but here are some good ones: The Good Wife, The Leftovers, The Affair, Homeland, Game of Thrones, Outlander, The Wire, Parks & Recreation, 30 Rock, Friends, The Blacklist, Orange is the New Black, House of Cards, and The Mindy Project. Obviously, Netflix, HBO GO, Showtime and Hulu are my favorite TV apps.
What's the one thing you like to do by yourself? I love to go to movies by myself. I try to treat myself to at least one movie every month on a Saturday or Sunday morning. If you go before noon, the tickets are almost half the price ($8), and it's a great motivation to get up earlier! I do like going to movies with people too, but it's liberating to go by yourself - no popcorn sharing! :)
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask them via email or the contact page.
Thank you so much for reading!
